Leadership
CulturalWorks leadership program is designed for aspiring, operational and executive leaders involved in delivering and overseeing services to children and families from culturally diverse backgrounds.
The leadership program encourages participants who have or are aspiring to become leaders to review their core leadership skills and develop plans to facilitate leadership growth as well as culturally responsive capabilities. It uses the S.E.L.F tool to explore cultural awareness and reflect and elevate cultural humility capabilities.

The program is adapted to consider individual leaders’ point-in-time skills and knowledge, and tailor approaches that elevate their leadership capabilities. The learning approaches include strategies that:
